Installation Only / Installation & Management
For installation-focused packages, we require a Bill of Quantities or detailed work schedule clearly setting out item quantities, sizes, and locations, supported by relevant drawings. This allows us to assess installation methodology, materials, interfaces, access, and site logistics. We will review the information provided to determine fixing substrates, preparation requirements, and installation sequencing, including elements such as EPDM integration and access strategy.
Installation-only works can typically be priced within 24 hours, subject to information completeness.
Full Package Projects
For full scope projects involving design coordination, supply, installation, and project management, we require comprehensive information including drawings, schedules, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and any other relevant technical documentation. This enables us to fully assess system selection, compliance requirements, interfaces, logistics, and programme considerations.
Full package pricing is typically returned within 3 to 7 working days, depending on project complexity and scale.
